- Centuries of change (Gramophone): The British vocal ensemble Alamire (David Skinner, dir.) begins a ten-year project to record three centuries worth of early English choral music.
- Mulroy’s Mass appeal (Jerusalem Post): British tenor Nicolas Mulroy returns to Israel for a performance of J.S. Bach’s B-minor mass with the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra.
- Rilling picks up Karajan music prize (Oregon Music News): Distinguished German conductor Helmut Rilling receives the Herbert von Karajan Music Prize.
- Poeme Harmonique brings Baroque era to İstanbul (Today’s Zaman): The award-wining French ensemble Le Poème Harmonique performs in Turkey.
