  • Symposium 2010: The dutch organization Stichting Muziekhistorische uitvoeringspraktijk (STIMU) will present a symposium entitled French Baroque Gesture 1675-1800—dedicated “to the art of gesture in French Baroque theatre, opera and dance.” The distinguished line-up of speakers include Graham Sadler (University of Hull), Jennifer Thorp (New College, Oxford University), Sabine Chaouche (Oxford Brookes University), and Jed Wentz (director of Musica ad Rhenum).
