  • Ancient Church and Modern Concert Venue: Temple Church in London, England, well-known for its role in the Da Vinci Code, hosts a successful concert series known as “Temple Music,” mixing early and contemporary repertoires.
  • “Paths” to Latin American Colonial Music: In commemoration of the bicentennial of Latin America’s independence, the Centre International des Chemins du Baroque has initiated a number of projects designed to promote Latin American Baroque music, which include an ensemble of young musicians to tour South America under the direction of Gabriel Garrido.
  • Cornell University Unveils New Baroque Organ: Organists Annette Richards, David Yearsley, and Jacques van Oortmerssen will inaugurate a new “historically authentic baroque organ.”
